Early Times Report

SUNDERBANI, Nov 24 : Several activists of Congress Party today joined Youth National Conference under the supervision of Provincial Youth National Conference President, AJaz Jan.
According to press release, Ajaz Jan on Tuesday envisioned huge role for youth in steering out Jammu and Kashmir from the present spell of political uncertainty unfolded by the opportunistic politics of PDP-BJP Coalition. Welcoming Congress activists in the National Conference during the function on Tuesday, Jan said the divisive politics of the coalition is fraught with the danger of polarising the State which is detrimental for the spirit of co-existence for which Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh have been known from times immemorial. He said that apart from dividing the people on communal and regional lines, the coalition is suffering from the performance inertia as a result of which the problems of the people are accumulating with each passing day.
He lamented over the total neglect of remote and far-flung areas and said that governance deficit has adversely impacted on the process of development and maintenance of essential services. Jan referred to erratic power and water supply besides shortages of supplies at the CAPD outlets and said that the promise and announcement of food grains to the rationees as per 2011 Census has proved to be a big hoax.
