CSC discusses NFSA implementation in JK 11/26/2015 11:18:37 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 26: The Cabinet Sub-Committee (CSC) constituted to discuss the implementation National Food Security Act (NFSA) in Jammu and Kashmir met here today under the chairmanship of Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal Singh. The meeting was attended by the members including Minister for Finance, Dr Haseeb A Drabu and the Minister for Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution, Choudhary Zulfkar Ali.
