Jammu, Nov 27 : Eighteen students of Jodhamal Public School along with their Vice Principal Monika Sethi and teacher escort Narinder Singh visited Singapore for an educational tour and excursion as the part of their experiential learning curriculum. The students and staff visited almost all the tourist destinations of Singapore. The students visit started with the Night Safari which showcased a travel through the natural habitat of animals set in a humid tropical forest open only at night. It was an excellent experience as it was also accompanied with cultural performances, tribal dances and fire demonstrations. The Sentosa Island tour was another marvelous attraction wherein the students reached the mainland by a cable car ride. They were mesmerized by the visit to the underwater world, the magnificient display by the dolphins at the Dolphin Lagoon, the wings of time display, the Skyline luge and Skyride, visit to the Santosa Merlion, the Palawan Beach and much more. During the tour, the students also got the opportunity to see beautiful landmarks and amazing infrastructure of Singapore. The Esplanade, Suntec City, Fountain of Wall, Marina Bay Sands, Little India, China Town, Mariamma Temple, Singapore Flyer and Orchard Road were some the places visited and were a treat to watch |
