Kishtwar, Nov 28: District Social Welfare Officer Kishtwar Phulail Singh in collaboration with local Tehsildars and BDO organised an awareness cum registration camp under Social security scheme Aasra in Drabshalla Tehsil of Kishtwar District. The Camp was attended by Tehsildar Drabshalla Suman Sharma, BDO Drabshalla Nasir Butt, Staff of social welfare, revenue, RDD , Sarpanches, Panches, Lambardars, chowkidars, pension beneficiaries and the general public.
District Social Welfare Officer Kishtwar apprised the participants about benefits and procedure of registration under the scheme.Tehsildar Drabshalla also assured the public that he will ensure the registration of poor bread winners of families in the Tehsil and will issue the income certificates on war footing basis for registration under this scheme.
BDO Drabshalla also assured the public for cooperation in facilitating the registration process. Registration forms were also issued on spot to the beneficiaries and PRIs for registration of eligible beneficiaries. The sarpanches of the Block thanked DSWO for organising such camps i n the area. |
