Jammu, Nov 28: Dogra Law College today organized panel discussion on the topic "Preamble: The spirit of the Constitution of India" in college premises.
According to press release, as constitution is the conscience of a nation, the preamble is conscience of the constitution.
Th. Gulchain Singh Charak, Chairman Dogra Educational Trust felt extravagant on the success of the event and congratulated the Dogra Law College fraternity. The Chief Guest on the occasion was Prof. Dr. S.K. Sharma (Former State Information Commissioner) who enlightened all about the sacred document, the constitution of India. He emphasized the DLC fraternity to celebrate J&K Constitution on Nov. 17 every year as on this date J&K adopted the Constitution. S.C. Khajuria Adm. and CD also witnessed the programme.
