Ironically, when the Health Minister was presiding over the function organized by AIDS awareness society, an unattended patient who was lying in-front of emergency and the doctors were busy in the attendance of the Minister. "The patient who was admitted in the hospital some days ago was lying in unhygienic condition, " Sources claimed, adding that there were numbers of NGOs working in GMC, but none was available to help the patient. Social workers who were especially deputed in the hospital for unattended patients did not come forward to attend this patient.
