So far all the WD, originating in Arabia sea and entering the region through Afghanistan and Pakistan for the past two months, have not resulted in bringing enough snowfall or rain.
The WD are turning weak and leaving the region without any major change in the weather conditions, a MeT department spokesman said adding sometimes upper reaches in the Valley got light to moderate snowfall but the plains were still waiting for a major snowfall or rain.
