Udhampur, Feb 8: One truck driver was injured when a truck rolled down into deep gorge at Manthal near Tikri National Highway Udhampur.
"The injured has been identified as Parwaz Ahmed s/o Gulam Ahmed of Keya Tanghdhar Kashmir, police reports said.
They said, the truck bearing regd no: JK05C-1857 on its way from Kashmir to Jammu met with an accident at Manthal when driver lost control over the vehicle resulting it to roll down into gorge.
On receiving information locals and Tikri police rushed to the spot and shifted the injured person to PHC Tikri for medical treatment. |
