BJP surrendered Jammu's interest for 'lust of power': Sham Lal Sharma
Both parties need to clarify people 'who's responsible for Governor's rule in state

Jammu, Feb 8: Lashing out at BJP-PDP for creating political uncertainty, Sham Lal Sharma Sr.Vice President JKPCC & Ex Minster today said different factions within the parties are speaking on the divergent lines and both parties need to clarify to the people who is responsible for Governor's rule.
"Earlier after the elections the parties took pretty long time to decide on Govt formation and the same case is now, said Sham Lal Sharma Sr.Vice President JKPCC while addressing in a public meeting at Akhnoor here today.
Sham said that agenda of alliance which is considered as the foundation of BJP-PDP alliance has clearly shaken as it was made for 6 years, but now suddenly BJP-PDP have started renegotiating on CBM's which has brought uncertainty in the state.
"What has changed so much in past 10 months that this alliance couldn't even stand on their so called "sacred Agenda of Alliance, he said, further alleging, "Agenda of Alliance is nothing but election manifesto of PDP which was stamped by BJP for power lust and made fool of Jammu people."
Sharma said if BJP-PDP have felt that 10 month long rule on the basis of Agenda of Alliance had failed and people have been deceived, they should go to the people again.
He also said if they are unable to form Government they should clear their stand with Governor so that assembly is dissolved and fresh elections are held.
After protracted drama over the formation of government, the PDP is seeing now the coalition as unpopular while BJP is crushing it's core agenda to be in Government.
He also said, "Opportunistic partners have brought the state to such an impasse where public interest has been hit by personal ambitions."
The money which was being promised under PM package for flood Relief and Restoration for Jammu people has not been released yet. "Projects above Rs 3000cr for Jammu were sent to centre for approval which includes Chenab project worth Rs 2315Cr, Surankote nalah, Chennai nallah , Basantar etc out of which no project have been sanctioned under PM package, he added. "PM Package has proved to be Kashmir centric and people of Jammu have been let down on all the issues," he added.
He accused BJP for compromising it's nationalist agenda for "lust of power" in Jammu and Kashmir, following reports of hoisting of Pakistani and ISIS flags by the hardliners during protests in Kashmir.
He said that recent activities of separatist forces in the state were "dangerous" not only for Jammu and Kashmir, but also rest of India. They get encouraged with the policies adopted by BJP- PDP, he added.
He said,"BJP goes on claiming about Indian nationalism all over the country but Narendra Modi compromised everything for Power.
Among others present in this meeting included President Mahila wing, AYC President, Sarpanches and panches besides other prominent leaders from locality.
