Jammu, Apr 29 : Students brought laurels to Jodhamal Public School by clinches Ist position in Nano Nagle debate which was organized by Presentation Convent School Gandhi Nagar. The annual Nano Nagle Memorial Inter-School Debate on Wednesday on a highly conscientious topic 'Caste Based Reservations are a sure step to India's Socio-Economics Progress" Ananya Sharma of Jodhamal School against the motion bagged the Ist Position and Manasvini Oswal for the motion received the consolation prize. Khushboo Turki for the motion from Presentation Convent School clinched the second place whereas the third place was shared by Mehula Khajuria of Presentation Convent and Mahaveer Singh of DPS Jammu. Eminent Education, Gitanjali Andotra Rana, Associate Prof. Department of English, GCW Parade Jammu, Nireape Kaur, HOD Department of Political Science, MAM College Jammu and AnshujaTak were the adjudicators of the event. The Trustee of the School Nandan Kuthiala applauded the efforts of the students for bringing home, the Nano Nagle Trophy for the third year also, and gave a special pat to Radhika Sharma and Nandani Bakshi, CCA Coordinator for preparing the children. |
