JKGEA calls on Com Secy PHE&I&FC; highlights issues, demands redressal 4/30/2016 10:03:55 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 30: A delegation of All Jammu & Kashmir Graduate Engineers Association (Civil)- (JKGEA) jointly led by State President JKGEA Er Mujib Tak and State General Secretary Er Gandeep Pargal met with Commissioner/Secretary, PHE and I&FC Department, Sanjeev Verma, !AS at PWD Guest House and apprised him with the issues of in-service Graduate Engineers of PHE/I&FC Department. During the meeting the members took up the issues related to Release of Running Grades, Regularisation / Confirmation of services of Engineers at all levels, filling up vacant posts at different levels from AE to CE by way of promotions, release of Pay Band-4 in favour of SE cadre as per directions of Supreme Court, Revision of Engineering cadre on the pattern of R&B Department and empowering the Development Commissioner Works. The Commissioner was apprised that the running grades already approved are yet to be released and also about the long awaiting for their first confirmation and previous practice i.e One lime Confirmation should be adopted for speedy disposal of long pending regularization cases. The Commissioner Secretary PHE and I&FC Mr Verma gave a patient hearing to the problems of engineers and assured that all their genuine demands will be fulfilled at an earliest by issuing further directions to Addl Secretary (HRM), Pankaj Katoch, KAS who was present in the meeting.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
