| Yasin Malik's comment on votes raises brows | | | Early Times Report
jammu, Apr 30: It may sound grossly ridiculous to learn about a person who does not have any faith in the democratic process as he did neither ever cast vote being a resident of the State nor did he expect others of his ilk to exercise franchise with each occasion used frantically for shouting election boycott calls in Kashmir.
The attempt made by the so called protagonist of separatists, Yasin Malik Chairman JKLF to questions PDP's basis of seeking votes in last elections is being taken by the political analysts as a corollary of his acrimony against government headed by PDP Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, who has put into gear the whole government men and machinery into the right direction fueling it with vigour and vitality to activate governance from every angle which was witnessed here in Jammu by people before closure of Secretariat for annual darbar move to summer capital.
The media reports revealing feigned anger of Yasin Malik hired by his handlers goading him from outside the country, he was found indulging into silly allegations of facilitating RSS entry in Kashmir against PDP, the analysts say that the people of state enjoy full freedom like other states of the country and any person belonging to any class, caste, creed respecting the integrity and integration of India does not have to take any permision to enter Kashmir as it is not the fiefdom of few touts of foreigners feeding them with hawala money to trigger trouble and continue taxing the peace loving people of Kashmir making their life full of death and destruction for their survival in perpetuating politics of hatred with illegal activities full of dangerous consequences.
Taking a dig on the utterances made by Malik while addressing Friday congregation that PDP's plan of seeking vote against RSS was actually to grab power to choke space for Kashmir's pro-freedom camp, the analysts watching activities of anti national elements, point out that which space or freedom the people like Yasin Malik are talking about and clamouring for when the people of the Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh enjoy complete freedom in the state in all aspects of living a dignified and peaceful life and also right to cast vote to select government of their choice in the well established democratic process, further say, adding that such people are also at liberty to opt for going to the place of their choice whose songs they sing day in and day out as none has advised or forced them to remain confined to Kashmir if the political climate of India or the climate of Kashmir does not suit them and add further alerting them that before they mistakingly decide so, they should first study and understand the appalling environment and hostile climate across the LOC in which the people are passing their days under pressing circumstances, now constrained to raise their voices of dissent seeking freedom from the clutches of Pak forces as now they have known the conducive atmosphere full of freedom in J&K state vis-a-vis gulam Kashmir across LOC which is an open secret known the world over including those rented out in Kashmir to preach separatism under duress.
Dismissing the outbursts of Yasin Malik commenting on the plight of Muslim of Jammu feeling insecure here, the observers, clarify that his utterances about Muslim community in Jammu are outrightly misleading and an attempt mischievously designed to exploit those in Kashmir having not seen muslim of Jammu who are not the only living harmoniously with people of other communities quite peacefully but also those belonging to Kashmir and Ladakh regions of the State with no one to tax them in Jammu as are these self made contractors of Kashmiries taxing their own people in Kashmir on one pretext or the other on the name of getting freedom when these touts are also not slaves in the state except restricted to desist from taking law and order into their hands as per the law of land.
While viewing the statement of Malik for forming government in the state by PDP with alliance of BJP , the experts observe that when these separatists have no attraction and nothing to do with the election process, it sounds absolutely absurd on the part of Yasin Malik to ridiculously talk of forming government on the strength of elected representatives in the state without any basic knowledge of understanding the meaning of mandate handed out to PDP by Kashmir and to BJP in Jammu to form government, further say, adding that the separatists should have rather jumped into the fray of fighting elections to test their base of public support in the state which they did not do and now shedding cosmetic tears to befool the public in Kashmir and muslim brothern of Jammu who very well see through their tricks and people like Yasin Malik cannot be the factor for deciding the fate of people of Jammu and Kashmir who are part and parcel of India enjoying full freedom and all kinds of facilities being extended by the government to all living in state who are free to do anything within the frame work of Constitution of the country. |
