Bonala village in Mendhar without power for 9 months 5/3/2016 11:31:41 PM Early Times Report poonch, May 3: Bonala village in Mendhar is without power for nine months. Reliable Source told ET that an electric transformer has been turned to out of order and Banolian villagers are without lighting for more then 9 months. Locals said that the transformer of here is written in the diary of PDD department of 63Kv but it was installed here only 25 KV. Locals said that PDD department is demanding for commission for the installation of it here. Locals demand to D.C.
