PHC Chanunta sans qualified medicos

udhampur, May 3: Expressing concerns over the lack of facilities including MBBS doctors, the locals of Chanunta villagers today demanded from government to fill up vacancies of medical staff, medicines and ambulance besides diagnostic equipments at Primary Health Centre (PHC) Chanunta.
Villagers from Chanunta and its adjoining villages have demanded Medical Staff, Medicines, Ambulance and equipments locals said that this Primary Health Center (PHC) is without doctors and the road link to PHC Chanunta is in bad shape which proves fatal to carry patients in emergency cases.
According to the Chief Medical Officer Udhampur Dr Chander Parkash that the problems has been taken up with the Health Minister Bali Bhagat and minister have assured to resolve the problems at earliest.
