Early Times Report Jammu, May 4: Taking cognizance of petition No. 490/1997--1998 filed by CL Gadoo, Sr. KP leader and Kundan Kashmiri, President KPC in NHRC in respect of employment for displaced KP youths and other issues pertaining to the displaced KP community, the court of NHRC has directed state Govt. through Relief authorities Jammu on April 3, 2016 to submit the affidavit in a fortnight time about filling of pending posts in a time bound period and also directed to take up the issue of age relaxation for displaced over aged KP youths up to age of forty five (45) years of age in the J&K departments. Earlier Kundan Kashmiri, KPC Chief and C.L.Gadoo strongly pleaded and raised various issues of displaced KP community before the Honorable NHRC which include that P.M. employment package to be de-linked from the return of KP,s to valley, the remaining three thousand (3000) posts to be recruited from the central Govt. departments, The female P.M. package employees presently posted in the valley to be posted and adjusted in Jammu region, comprehensive security to P.M. package employees in the valley, overage youths to be given age relaxation for their Govt. jobs up to the age of 45 years and financial package to those youths who are not falling in this age group and and appointment of those 221 overage youths who,s case is pending in Honorable High court, Jammu, and other issues. |
