4 day meditation course begins at Distt jail 5/6/2016 10:32:11 PM Early Times Report Jammu, May 06: A four day advance meditation course/stage silence for inmates started here today at District Jail Jammu. The event is being held as part of Art of Living Programme for the physical and mental betterment of the jail inmates. Fifty Seven jail inmates are participating in the meditation course held on the directions of Director General of Police, Prisons J&K, Dr. S. P.
