Jammu, May 6: An old man's body, which had injury marks on it, was today found lying under mysterious circumstances in a park near Gurdwara Sunder Singh here.
"The body of a male was recovered this morning from Lala Hansraj Park near Gurdwara Sunder Singh under mysterious circumstances," police said.
The dead was identified as Ramesh Kumar alias Fuman (62), son of Gareeb Dass of Gandoo Chaunni. His body had multiple fractures and a head injury.
"We have registered a case under section 302 of RPC and started investigation as the body bore injury marks and he had some family dispute for the past some days," police added.
