srinagar, May 23: Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti today assigned the charge of Science and Technology Department to Sajjad Gani Lone.
According to official spokesperson, in pursuance of Rule 5 of the Jamrnu and Kashmir Government Business Rules, Mehbooba Mufti, Chief Minister, Jammu and Kashmir, do hereby withdrew the charge of Science and Technology Department from Sunt! Kumar Sharma, Minster of State, and assign the same to Sajjad Gani Lone, in addition to the subjects already assigned to him. "This is in partial modification of Order No. 309-GAD of 2016 dated 04.04.2016, the official order stated.
The charge was earlier with Minister of State Sunil Sharma. Sajjad Gani Lone will hold the charge in addition to the subjects already assigned to him viz Social Welfare, ARI & Trainings.
