rajouri, May 25: After various complaints about the staff posted at the office of Deputy Director , Sericulture remained on an unauthorized absent from duty, Shabir Ahmed Bhat , Deputy Commissioner today directed ADC to verify the veracity of the complaint and found seven employees absent from duty at about 2 pm during his surprise visit.
According to official, the suspended employees have been identified as Azaz Ahmed, Jaipal Singh, Dilbagh Singh( all instructors) ; Mukand Lal ,senior Assistant ; Daleep Kumar, Mulberry man; Ordery, Nadeema Choudhry and Chowkidar, Talib Hussain.
Mumtaz Choudhry, ADC also visited the office of Assistant Commissioner, Provident Funds at Jawahar Nagar and found the office closed at about 2 pm. "We are verifying whether the office is functioning at this location or shifted to some other place. If office was found deliberately closed at this location, then suitable action under law against the employees/officers will be taken soon" said ADC Rajouri. Later ADC Rajouri submitted his report to the Deputy Commissioner Shabir Ahmed Bhat who later placed under suspension all the seven employees and directed ADC to conduct detailed inquiry in this matter and submit his report with seven days for further action under rules/regulations. |
