Accused held after absconding for 01 yr 5/26/2016 10:49:32 PM Early Times Report Rajouri, May 26: Rajouri police claimed to have arrested one absconder who was evading his arrest for the last one year and a warrant stands issued against him. Police sources said, "The accused has been identified as Shamsher Hussain@Punoo s/o Roshan Din r/o Khadrian, Kalakote." "Acting on specific information, police party of Police Station Kalakote Insp Mohd Iqbal conducted a raid in Khadrian Kalakote area under the supervision of Addl SP Nowshera Atul Sharma today and arrested the absconder, police sources added. They said the accused was wanted in case FIR No.3 5/206 U/S 341/323/336/147/504/506 RPC registered of Police Station Kalakote. "The said accused was evading his arrest since 2015 and JMIC Kalakote had issued warrant of arrest U/S 512 Cr.PC, police sources said.
