Babu wants posting in CS's chamber 5/27/2016 12:08:38 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, May 26: After being transferred from GAD on complaint basis, a powerful babu spends most of his tenure in Home Department thus leaving a question mark on the transfer policy of the state government. The said babu became the subject of the whispering in Civil Secretariat and came to limelight when he started approaching the Chief Secretary to get him posted as his lieutenant (Special Secretary). The Chief Secretary, informed sources said, who showed reluctanceto get him posted as Special Secretary under him, is being pressured to consider his demand. Informed sources said that the said blue eyed babu being influential one got only two postings during his seventeen years of tenure. His first posting was started with the GAD department from where he was transferred to the Home Department on the basis of complaint of leaking of secret information.
