Youth Cricket Club Bhadarwah register win in 12th Gufran Championship 5/27/2016 11:11:10 PM Early Times Report Doda, May 27: Youth Cricket Club Bhaderwah won the 12th Gufran Champhionship. According to press release, Jamsheed Sheikh's brilliant bowling performance with 03 wickets and Mudassir Sheikh's 25 runs guides Youth Cricket Club (YCC) Bhadarwah team to registered their win against Mumbai Eleven by 30 runs in the ongoing All India 12th Gufran Memorial T20 Cricket Championship 2016 held at Sports Stadium Doda. The tournament is being organized by Young Star Cricket Club Doda and sponsored by J&K Bank and Rashtriya Rifles Battalion Doda. Earlier YCC Bhadarwah after winning the toss elected to bat first. While batting, YCC Bhadarwah set a low target of 87 runs for the loss of all their wickets in 15.2 overs. Mudassir Sheikh and Reyaz were the highest scorers from YCC Bhadarwah who scored 25 and 22 runs respectively. From Mumbai Eleven, Rohit Shukla and Mukesh Patel take 03 and 02 wickets respectively. In reply, Mumbai Eleven team could not manage to chase down the stipulated target and was bundled out for 57 runs in 12.2 overs. Swapnil was the highest scorer from Mumbai Eleven who made 12 runs while Anikate Khadpe contributed 11 runs for the team. From YCC Bhadarwah, Jamsheed Sheikh took 03 wickets followed by Arshad Sheikh and Hrithik who shared 02 wickets each. Later on Jamsheed Sheikh of Youth Cricket Club Bhadarwah team was declared as Man of the Match for his best bowling performance who was given prize by Chief Guest Former Administrator Auqaf and General Secretary Congress Asif Jahan Gattu along with Chief Advisor YSCC Dr Tariq Masood.
