Walk in interview cum Practical Test for artisans 5/27/2016 11:13:27 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, May 27: Joint Director Technical Education has informed that the department is going to hold a practical test for engaging registered artisans in various trades at Government Polytechnic, Bikram Chowk, Jammu on June 6th at 9 A.M These artisans should be Matric Pass having five years experience in the concerned trade and should also be registered with State/Centre Department. It is also informed that they will be engaged on a monthly remuneration of Rs 12,000 per month for a period of one year. Basohli Painting artisans will be engaged at Government Polytechnic Jammu, ITI Jammu and ITI Kathua, Artisan trained in Phulkari Arts will be engaged at Govt. Polytechnic Jammu, ITI Jammu and ITI Kathua and ITI Poonch and Basohli Shawl weaving artisans will be engaged at ITI Basohli.
