Jammu, May 28: Police claimed to have arrested two persons alongwith 150 gms of Charas (cannabis) which was recovered from their possession during a naka checking at Domana. "The accused have been identified namely as Rajinder Kumar s/o Sat Pal and Vicky Kumar s/o Suram Kumar both hailing from Mishriwalla, police said
"During naka checking, the Police Party of P/S Domana intercepted one Jonga bearing registration No JK02M-1182 driven by Rajinder Kumar at Domana for the suspicious movements on seeing police party," police said. "On search of the vehicle, police party recovered 150 gms of Charas from their possession which they had concealed in dash board of the vehicles, police said, adding, "the duo was arrested on the spot and contraband besides vehicle was also seized." Police said, in this regard a case FIR NO. 155/2016 u/s 8/20 NDPS Act stands registered and investigation of the case is on. |
