Jammu, May 30: Four people including a Vaishno Devi pilgrim was today found dead under mysterious circumstances across Jammu region.
"A pilgrim identified as Mohan Parshad Upadhaya, son of Kamakhya, resident of Guraika Purbwa Nagipur, District Faizabad, UP, this morning fell unconscious at Adhkawari and was shifted to nearby dispensary but doctors declared him as brought dead.
"Dead body was shifted to CHC Katra," police added.
Meanwhile unknown dead body was found this morning at Trikuta Nagar park here under mysterious circumstances.
The body was shifted to mortuary for identification.
Meanwhile one male dead body, age about 35 was found from Shiv Dhara in Kud area of Udhampur district.
However, another body of one Munna,43, son of Rehtash, resident of Bari Brahmana, district Samba was found along the roadside.
"All the bodies have been shifted to hospitals for postmortem in respective areas while the cases are registered, investigations started," said the police spokesman. |
