KVS Region organizes In- Service Course- I

Jammu, May 31: In Service Course for the PRTs of Kendriya Vidyalayas situated in J&K, Punjab and Himachal Pardesh, was opened at Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2, Jalandhar Cantt. today, where Sh. A S Gill, officiating Deputy Commissioner, KVS (Jammu Region) was the Chief Guest. Thirty eight Primary teachers of different Vidyalayas are participating in this course. S K Bhatia, Principal K V No.2, Jalandhar has been assigned the duties of Director of the Course.
Kuljinder Kour, KV No.1, Jalandhar, Rajinder Kaur Ghuman, KV No.2, Jalandhar and Yogesh Katyal of KV No.1, Jammu have been appointed Resource persons for this course.
The objective of conducting this course is to develop the professional skills of the teachers, value education with training, equip the teachers with various competencies, to provide adequate educational technology and to help the teachers to identify their problems and solve with the available resources and wisdom. The programme started with the lighting of the lamp.
S K Bhatia, Director of the Course extended formal welcome to the chief guest, resource persons and participants. She presented the report of the course to be under taken in the due course of time.
