He also said that if the present coalition claims to carry along the aspiration of each region and section of society of J&K State, then they should come up with practical solution rather staging false promises.
Dr. Zabeer Ahmed, general secretary urged CM Mehbooba to concede the demands of reserved categories who constitute major chunk of state population who according him are not adequately represented in employment. He also said that the people of reserved classes expected proper implementation of reservation in recruitment, promotion and all other developmental schemes but the way, the issue of reservation in promotions is being handled by the government led to a sense of insecurity among these sections.

He also urged the govt. to take a call on this to redress the fundamental & constitutional rights of reserved categories which are 60% of total population of the state.
Prof G.L Thappa, President SC/STRetired Employees Forum, Prof. Kali Dass, general secretary All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) appealed for unity amongst SC, ST, OBC for long tern goal of snatching political power from the micro minority of this country that comprises of only less than 10%.
