Residents up in arms against PHE, demands water supply 6/27/2016 11:12:51 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, June 27: Residents of Sarkoot area today staged protest demonstration against PHE department and demanded water supply. The residents of Sarkoot area of Kishtwar Distt staged protest and demonstrations against acute scarcity of drinking water in their area and raise slogans against PHE Department for their failure to mitigate the requirement of the people. The agitating people blocked road for hours near Sarkoot chowk alleging that water supply lines were being diverted in order to provide undue benefit to politically sound people.
