6/27/2016 11:21:52 PM
Early Times Report

Srinagar, June 27: Taking a dig at Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti for her statement that she is "ashamed as a Muslim" following Pampore attack in which 8 CRPF personnel were killed and 22 others were wounded on June 25, working president of the opposition National Conference Omar Abdullah said he was "sad".
Taking micro blogging site Twitter Mr Abdullah said "So @mehbooba_mufti has joined the "Islamic terror" bandwagon after spending years saying terror had no religion. Sad".
He was reacting to a tweet of his party spokesperson which reads "Mehbooba says she's "ashamed as a Muslim" over the Pampore attack. What does the attack have to do with Muslims? Is she out of her mind?".
Ms Mehbooba during wreath laying ceremony on mortal remains of 8 CRPF personnel had strongly condemned the attack and said such attacks during Holy Ramdan, a month of peace, seeking forgiveness and praying God, under the garb of Islam was actually disrespecting the religion.
