How did videos of attackers go viral on social networking sites?

Srinagar, June 27: At a time when government proclaims to review entire security scenario after Pampore incident, many people ask how videos of encounter sites go viral every time.
Like all other encounters that occur between security forces and militants in Kashmir, photographs of two Pakistan based militants taken other than from encounter site and a video showing militants firing on CRPF bus went viral on social networking sites like Whatsapp and Twitter minutes after the attack.
Peace loving people of different walks of life ask that every time an encounter crops-up between militants and security forces how photographs of militants who get killed in such encounters went viral on social networking sites even before people from Media fraternity get access to such Photographs and videos.
"Who uploads photographs of militants taken other than from encounter site in different poses who get killed in encounters with security forces, why none among Security establishment takes a note of this activity and why people who upload such photographs are not identified and asked to reveal sources." People in Kashmir ask.
In Pampore incident photographs of two Pakistan based militants taken other than from encounter site posing in Army uniform went viral on whatsapp minutes after news about Pampore incident broke out in Kashmir.
People also ask how threat Videos and photographs of militants are uploaded by people on social networking sites and why there is no check on running whatsapp and facebook pages.
Pertinently dozens of facebook pages containing photographs and videos of local and Pakistan based Militants under different names are run by unknown people in Kashmir.
People from length and breadth of country have raised their reservations over security establishment in Kashmir after gruesome Pampore incident in which eight CRPF Jawans were killed by Militants in an Ambush two days back.
Taking cognizance of directions from union government over Pampore incident, Minister for Education, Nayeem Akhtar on Monday said that the Government is reviewing the entire security scenario to prevent any attack on security forces in future.
The Minister was responding after legislators in Upper House sought Government's response on the recent attack on Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) in Pampore in which eight men lost their lives and 20 others were injured, an official spokesperson said this evening.
The Minister assured that a strategy is being devised to respond to new tactics adopted by militants. He further said that the attack is a condemnable act, saying that everyone including Prime Minister, Union Ministers, and Chief Minister (CM) and Deputy Chief Minister have condemned it.
The Minister further assured the House that the Nok's of the men, who lost their lives and those who got injured in the attack would get compensation as per norms.
