JKBWA urges PDD to compensate

Jammu, Jun 28: The Jammu and Kashmir Batwal Welfare Association members visited the house of KewalKrishan who was electrocuted to death yesterday while repairing an electric line in Seri Pandita.
Sympathizing with his family, Association President Sat Paul Lakhotra said only the Almighty God has the power to create life and take it away but the painful way Kewal Krishan died had saddened every one.
Association members prayed to Almighty God to grant eternal peace to the departed soul and give strength to his bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
Association members also urged the Power Development Department to compensate the family of the deceased.
Association members included Messrs RL Kaith, O P Sargotra, Mela Ram, Dilay Ram, Madan Raj, Naresh Kumar, Kamal Singh, Ram Singh, Mohan Lal, Baldev Raj, Kartar Chand, Kamal Chand, BishanDass and MadanLal.
