Jammu, July 22: Chairman Jammu Central Cooperative Bank (JCCB) Mohinder Singh today inaugurated three days training programme for the staff members especially Loan Supervisors at Bank's Training Center, Parade, Jammu. The training programme was inaugurated in presence of Mohammad Mushtaq, General Manager (Admn.)/CEO, JCC Bank, Director Trainings JCCB Parmanand, Chief Manager Admn. Parveen Sharma, Chief Manager Banking Baldev Sharma, District Managers Jammu Urban and Rural Sanjeev Sharma and Daleep Khajuria respectively besides other staff members of Head Office. A total of nineteen employees of the bank especially Junior and Officiating Loan Supervisors besides Cashier-cum-Clerks were being imparted three days training commencing from today. On the first day of the training programme they will be made familiar with all types of accounts and their openings, Know Your Customer (KYC) norms, day to day working of the Bank and NPA rules. While addressing the trainees after inaugurating the programme, Chairman stressed upon the participants for quality loaning, effective recovery mechanism, customers friendly behavior, development of moral character and better coordination with the Secretaries of the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies (PACS). Earlier, the Chairman threw light upon the functioning of Bank stating that it is a provincial level bank which came into existence in the year 1914 and providing banking facilities in every nook and corner of 10 districts of the Jammu province through the network of its 89 branches and 16 extension counters. |
