Early Times Report

Jammu, July 23 :State president of rightwing Hindu group Shiv Sena (Bala Ji Sahib Thackery), Dimpy Kohli today urged Home Minister Rajnath Singh who is on 2 days visit of state to impose Governor rule in the state immediately to bring peace and normalcy in Kashmir.
While talking to party workers here Dimpy Kohli said that since last 14 days Kashmir is boiling and Central Govt. is sitting as a mute spectator to all this. Hailing the role of security forces he praised the Indian Army, BSF , CRPF and other forced deployed in Kashmir for bringing back normalcy in Kashmir.
He asked why the Jammu people bear for the disturbed situation of Kashmir. He said that it is very unfortunate that for the acts of separatists the patriotic people of Jammu face hardship. While on one side the business of Jammu City is affected by the disturbed circumstances of the Kashmir, on the other businessmen are facing hurdles in filing their Income Tax as well as Sales Tax Returns because of mobile internet failure in the Jammu and Kashmir.
Dimpy Kohli further said that there were many factors responsible for the outburst that led to volatile situation in the Valley. The anger among the masses against the anti-people polices of the Modi led Central and Mehbooba led State Govt, besides the failure of the Govt to reach out to the general masses.
Holding the coalition government responsible for the breakdown of the administrative machinery with the virtual collapse of law and order system in the state, Dimpy said that the prevalent situation in the valley tantamount to "constitutional failure" within the meaning and scope of section 92 of the J&K constitution.
He said that BJP in the centre and also in the state had grossly failed to stand to the expectations of the people not only with regard to countering Pakistan and weeding out militancy but also belied the hopes of the electorate of Jammu region who had been promised a moon by its senior leadership including Narendra Modi during the elections.
He said that if Central Govt. is really sincere in restoring peace , normalcy in Kashmir then Central Govt. without wasting time must impose Governor rule in the state as PDP is a party speaking of the languages of separatists and Indian Govt. can't rely on PDP. Those who were present on the occasion were G.I.Singh , Raju Salaria, Raj Singh and others.
