Jammu, July 25: A protest candle march taken out by the Kashmiri Pandit Migrant employees serving in Kashmir in Different districts at Jagti Migrant Township on Monday . According to press release the march was taken out in connection with deteriorated conditions of Kashmir valley and the atrocities to which they were subjected during past so many days, in Kashmir valley. The candle march was supported by the members of Jagti Tenement Committee and Soan Kashmir Front headed by Shadi Lal Pandita who have raised voice in support of these Migrant employees. Shadi Lal Pandita while addressing the participants has demanded that the Government of Jammu and Kashmir should take immediate steps in adjusting these Migrant employees in Jammu in different offices till the time permanent rehabilitation of Kashmiri Pandit Migrant community is ensured in safe and secure township in Kashmir valley. "It has further been said that these migrant employees were performing their duties effectively and devotedly but were forced to leave Kashmir without any fault on their part as such they deserve to be attached in different offices in Jammu", he said. Prominent among others who were present in the meeting are M.L. Akhoon, Raj Kumar Tickoo, Sunil Koul, Raj Kumar Bhat, Shuban Ji Raina, Kashi Nath Bhat, Rattan Lal Bhat, R.K. Raina, S.L. Kar, Hari Krishan Pandita, M.L Pandita, M.L. Akhoon, Mithan Pandita, Ram Krishan Bhat and C.L. Pandita. |
