Jammu, July 28: First Additional Sessions Judge, Jammu, M A Chowdhary has rejected the bail application of an alleged lady narco-smuggler.
Munisha Devi was apprehended by Sarwal police along with Neha Devi on July 10, 2016 after the alleged recovery of 1,400 capsules of Spasmo Proxyvan Spas Plus from them. They were booked under section 8/21/22 of NDPS Act.
After hearing the two sides, the judge said there was no material before this court to record its satsification that the accused had not committed the offence. With this observation, he rejected her bail application. |
