Four Inspectors transferred 7/28/2016 11:03:27 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 28: Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Jammu-Kathua Range, Ashkoor Ahmad Wani, today ordered transfer and posting of four Inspectors.
