Kathua, Aug 3: The big claims of BJP-PDP government of revamped infrastructure and efforts to improve quality of education in government schools appear to be in papers rather than on ground in district Kathua as number of Primary schools in district Kathua run without basic facilities.
Lack of facilities in government schools especially in Primary schools affect both enrollment and teaching learning process that would be alarm bell for the education department.
