Minor reshuffle in judiciary 8/24/2016 10:28:57 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 24: High court Registrar General Ashok Kumar Koul today ordered a minor reshuffle in the judiciary. Additional Sessions Judge, Srinagar, Kikkar Singh was transferred and posted as Principal Sessions Judge, Udhampur, against a vacant post. The charge of additional sessions judge, Srinagar, was given to principal sessions judge, Srinagar, Rashid Ali Dar and the charge of additional district judge (bank cases) was given to Sham Lal Lalhal, second additional district and sessions judge, Srinagar.
