Exhibition at St. Mary's Infant Pre School draws applause | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 29: St. Mary's Infant Pre School showcased the creative temper of its little learners by organizing an impressive exhibition on summer projects which epitomized the wondrous weaving of science, social science, mathematics and languages into a single colourful canopy. The exhibition was inaugurated by Chairperson of the school, Anna Mary and Principal of the school, Sheetal Anthony. The dignitaries were welcomed in tradition by students with a tilak and sprinkle of rose petals. The occasion saw the attendance of a large number of parents who were delighted to see the handiwork of the students. The young artists had turned bottles into a beautiful canvas for satiating their creative impulse. The fish aquariums made from shoe boxes were a feast to the eyes. Beautifully decorated pots carrying saplings planted by the tiny tots grabbed many eye balls too. It was an enthralling experience for the visitors as the students with much buoyancy and confidence interacted with them and explained their prepossessing pieces of art. The parents enthusiastically clicked pictures of the exhibits and complimented the school for laying strong foundation for building the lifelong learning skills. |
