Early Times Report

Jammu, Sep 25 : Volunteers of Aashman Foundation today visited the Old age Home, Amphalla. The Volunteers were accompanied by Tahir Rufayee, State Coordinator of Aashman Foundation. They distributed biscuits, bananas, oranges and apples among the residents and went all ears to hear the story and share the pain of the respective individuals. After a round of sentimental story sharing members of Aashman took up the privilege to entertain them with songs. The satisfaction attained after visualizing the scintillating smiles that lit up the face of those abandoned residents was unparalleled. The zeal and cooperation shown by those people is a proof that age is just a number and no matter how hard circumstances come through, keep that little child in you alive. Volunteers who visited the Old Age Home include Navneet Kour, Mohit Dalotra, Chetna Kotwal, Manju Atri ,Nikhil and Chanderdeep Kour.
