JS Billowria gets 'Excellence in Marine' award 9/26/2016 11:06:06 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 26: Son of the soil, Joginder Singh Billowria received prestigious Award for Excellence in Marine Professionalism & Contribution to the Marine Industry by the Government of Telengana. Joginder Singh Billowria was born in small village of Kulgam district (tengbal) Educated from Government High School Mirhama joined Indian Navy in year 1982 forced to migrate and resigned Navy due to militancy in year 1991. He received prestigious award for excellence in marine professionalism & contribution to the marine industry from Government of Telangana , organized at hotel Sitara in worlds' largest film city RAMOJI during the Indiwood film carnival ."
