PPAP for restoration of mobile internet services in Pir Panjal region

Jammu, Sept 28: Flaying authorities for failing to restore the mobile internet services in the twin border districts Rajouri and Poonch of State, the Pir Panjal Awamy Party (PPAP) today demanded for early restoration of the snapped mobile internet services in this region.
While addressing in a press conference here at Jammu Pir Panjal Awamy Party (PPAP) Working President Raja Zaheer Abass Khan today said people especially the students of twin border districts viz. Rajouri-Poonch suffer a lot as internet continues to remain snapped for last many days. Flaying state government for not restoring the internet services in the region, Mr Khan said the people including traders and students of the region are worst affected in absence of internet services which virtually has disconnected them from rest of the world.
He underlined though the situation in the twin districts is almost normal yet the authorities have failed to restore the mobile internet connectivity.
Khan added that students in particular of remote areas are the worst sufferers as they are deprived of internet services and they many of them fail to get online classes and other help available through online services i.e. through internet.
During the press conference, a student of University of Jammu, Hamid Hashmi hailing from Mendhar, said, "Curfew was imposed in Rajouri due to communal frenzy but the situation now is under control and normal still the internet facility continued to be snapped.
"What type of normalcy is government waiting for? he asked from authorities.
Terming ban on internet as unjustified, another University student, Zirgam Hameed urged the authorities to restore the internet services as soon as possible as studenst are suffering not only to get study material but also for failing to fill up online applications for various jobs advertised in recent past
Parul Kara, Touqeer Haider, Shaun qazi,Rajib Khan and Muddasir Choudhary also were present in this media conference.
