Kargil, Sept 28: The incumbent Executive body held a meeting under the presentship of Mustafa Kamaal and the executive body unanimously decided to conduct a fresh election to carry forward the programmes. Acceding to press release, now, the current executive body has completed its interim tenure and it is felt that the new executive body should be elected through a democratic process. The Executive body also fixed the date of election as October 23, 2016. The District President strongly appealed all the stakeholders to take active part in the said General Election. It also informed that the interested candidates can have the nomination form from Purik Cyber Point Lal Chowk Kargil from September 25 and last date for submission of form is hereby fixed as October 15th,2016. The election will be held for the posts of District President, District Vice President and General Secretary. Moreover, the non registered teachers/members can also have the membership form and submit at the same place. |
