JAMMU, Sept 29: A 16-member state handball team today left for participation in the 45th
Senior Men's National Championship to be held at Sarror Nagar in Telengana from October four to October nine.
Earlier, the selected team underwent a screening test conducted by the J&K State Sports Council officials, Sports Officer, Rajan Sharma and Manager, Ravi Singh at STC training ground, MA Stadium, here. Ashraf Parry is accompanying the team as coach.
Meanwhile, general secretary of the J&K Handball Association, Ashwani Kumar Raina was confident about the team's performance. The TEAM: Harmeet Singh, Neeraj Singh, Vishal Vig, Vipul Vig , Birbhan Singh, Vikrant Dabgotra, Ashish Sharma, Sahil Padha, Sahil Bharat, Sahil Dalal, Jasbir Singh, Abhimanyu Singh, Dalip Singh, Happy Mehra, Anuj Langer and Amandeep Singh. |
