| NC, Cong polluted political atmosphere in the state : NCP | | | Early Times Report
Jammu Oct 20, NCP leaders has condemned the statement of Farooq Abdullah Former Chief minister J&K state who has said that Pakistan is more strong in the field of Defence than India , inspite of the continuous efforts by his father Shiekh Abdullah , and his son Omar Abdullah to degrade Dogras in all fields.
The state NCP led by Former minister Thakur Randhir Singh forcefully condemned the irrelevant and irresponsible statements of Farooq Abdullah in Jammu region after getting losing ground in Kashmir valley , today the state is facing all these problems due to National Conference and Congress rule of more than 30 years in the state and now he is trying to create a wedge between Jammu and Kashmir and creating illusion in the minds of Jammu people.The Abdullah family has polluted the political atmosphere of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh. Singh said Jammu and Himachal are the vir bhumies of Dogra Jawans and Generals like Gen Zorawar Singh , General Hoshiara Singh and General Tehal Singh great grandfather of Thakur Randhir Singh who fought against Britishers and gave his life in famous battle of Budki near Lahore.
General Zorawar Singh who carried three wars and reached Mansarovar and extended the India right up to China was described by English author Young Husband as Little Napoelean.
How his troops crossed Indus near Kargil in the month of December is the greatest event in the world and sacrificed his life with thousands of Dogra soldiers near Mansarovar which is now captured by China narrated Singh said.
Krishan Kumar Digra Vice President state NCP said that the Indira-Shiekh accord in 1975 and Rajiv Gandhi- Farooq Abdullah accord in 1987 has given birth to corruption, militancy ,migration , unemployment and ignoring Jammu and Ladakh the most vital region of the state in the field of development , employment.
Raj Singh Jamwal , General secretary NCP said that only state in the country passed resolution during Farooq Abdullah time that all Ex chief minister will continue to draw same salaries , benefits like working chief ministers and ignored the securities to deserving national parties like NCP it should be the eye opener for the ruling party of Jammu and Kashmir and centre why they are not registering the cases against the NC and Congress ministers who have acquired illegal property.
The senior leaders of state NCP authorized Rishi Kilam President NYC youth wing of NCP to meet the striking Kashmiri pandit employees and also Schedule caste employees working in valley under most difficult conditions and also demanded from the state govt to release their salaries immediately.
