Jammu, Oct 20 : Bhanumathi Narasimhan, sister of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, will teach easy meditation technique 'SEHAJ SAMADHI' to thousands across the world from Jammu to Kanyakumari, Tripura to New York and from Mumbai to Jamaica with the use of technology.
According to press release, the Sahaj Samadhi Meditation program will be held started Oct 21-23, at multiple locations in J&K via webcast these workshops will be run in two batches morning and evening .The main Programme in Jammu city will be held at AOL meditation centre Gian Mandir Trikuta Nagar.
Morning batches will run on Oct 21 to 23, 2016 from 9Am to 11 Am and Evening Batches will run on Oct 21 between 5 Pm to 7 PM and between 7 pm to 9 Pm on Oct 22 & 23, 2016. |
