Locals of Chanderkote seek Jobs in 4- lane project 10/23/2016 11:03:52 PM Early Times Report BANIHAL, Oct 23: Local unemployed youths of Chanderkote are seeking jobs in the ongoing under construction four lane project passing through this area. Local youths of Chanderkote in district Ramban are alleged that the construction company Gammon India limited engaged with the four lane project are ignored the local youths of the area. One of the local youth Neyaz Ahmed said that the company has alloted the work on sublet bases to the contractors .He said they are demanding jobs in the project as the maximum of the youths are unemployed in the area. On the directions of Naib Tehsildar Chanderkote a meeting of locals was held in Chanderkote where a committee was constituted who can talk with the construction agencies and with the administration. Locals earlier stopped the work of contractor who are engaged with the construction project in Chanderkote area on highway.
