Oct 31, last date for filing quarter returns 10/24/2016 10:17:00 PM Early Times Report srinagar, Oct 24: According to Additional Commissioner Commercial Taxes last date of filing of due periodical returns under VAT/GST/CST for quarter 1st 2016-17 and quarter 2nd 2016-17 is October, 31 2016. In order to facilitate the filing of returns, the Department has made available relevant Information Technology (IT) facilities in the Room No. 208 of Excise and Taxation Complex, Solina, Srinagar.
