A larger conspiracy being hatched?
Presence of notorious stone pelters in Jammu
10/27/2016 10:31:10 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Oct 27: The separatists, with tacit support of the mainstream parties are trying to start stone-pelting like agitation in some parts of the Jammu region.
The tip of the plot was unearthed when Kashmir police arrested two top stone-pelters from the Jammu. Police spokesperson said a special team of Srinagar police arrested two hard core stone pelters Humair alias Nelcha and Zahid Rasool Shiekh of Nowhatta from Jammu, police said.
"The duo is involved in many stone pelting cases as also in the cases of arson. Both of them were evading arrest," police said.
The police sources said that there is reason for these top stone-pelters to be hiding in the Jammu region.
"We all know that top stone-pelters were on the pay roll of the separatists and were getting money for instigating violence. They could have gone to any other part of the country, knowing fully well that the possibility of their being arrested in the Jammu, which is part of the state was more. It certainly points to the specific agenda, as even after more than 100 days the separatists and their handlers in the Pakistan have achieved nothing," said a senior police official.
The arrests have come when the protests are dying down the valley but also at a time when person no less than the former Chief Minister and president National Conference Farooq Abdullah had said that the RSS is trying to scare people in the Jammu region.
"The RSS march gave an opportunity to the separatists and their handlers to create confusion in the Jammu region with the larger objective of fueling unrest in Jammu parts. It's a larger game plan and that's reason the stone pelters had come to Jammu," said the official.
