Memorandum demanding non conduction of DPC of Non Gazetted cadre submitted

Jammu, Apr 20: A deputation of All J&K Agriculture Employees Association led by Uttam Chand Sharma , President of the Association and Amrik Singh chief spokesman alongwith Naresh Kumar Sharma , Narender Singh , Pawan Singh , Tarlok singh and others called on Director Agriculture Jammu A K Malhotra and handed over a memorandum demanding that the DPC of Non Gazetted cadre has not been conducted till date which should be conducted twice in a year as per Gen. Admin. Dept(GAD) Order due to which the great resentment in the non gazetted employees cadre.
It added to issue the orders of all the pending cases cleared by screening committee at an earliest, deliberately delaying the orders is a harassment for the employees those who are already sufferer.
Besides, regularization of 65 nos Daily rated workers (DRW's) who were engaged in the Dept. before 31-1-1994, and 18 nos of drop out list of DRW's whose files were lying in Adm. Deptt. for regularization but no action has taken so for, advertisement of Class IV th posts for fresh recruitment like peons and malis to run the smooth work of the Agriculture Farms and Offices which are lying vacant since long and conducting of type test for the post of Jr.Asst among the Departmental candidates from class IVth employees as per 25% quota.

The Director Agriculture Jammu gave the patience hearing to the deputation and assured the association leaders that their genuine demands will be redressed earlier.
